# 2.1 Basic Rules

**Outlined below are the foundational rules governing the BeL2 airdrop credit oracle:**

* **Timeframe**: The oracle assesses all relevant data from the inception of Elastos up to December 31, 2023 (UTC+8).
* **Blockchains**: Data from the Elastos Main Chain, Elastos Smart Chain, and the Ethereum Chain are all incorporated in the credit score calculations.
* **Data Scope**: Includes ordinary transfer transactions and community engagement activities.
* **Credit Score**: A maximum score of 1,000 points can be assigned to wallet addresses. Addresses without any recorded on-chain transactions will receive a score of 0.

**Key Notes**:

* Addresses identified as belonging to hackers by the Elastos ecosystem team will be assigned a score of zero to prevent malicious participation in the airdrop.
* Certain addresses, such as the exchange address, CR Expense Wallet, CR Asset Wallet, and others, will be excluded from the airdrop based on a list confirmed by the BeL2 team.
